Can I change my order?

If your sample has not yet arrived at the laboratory we can change your testing order for you. In rare cases this may require a new sampling kit, depending on what changes you want to make. 


If there is a price difference between the testing you paid for and the testing you now want to have, we will require payment of the difference before we start working on your sample. 


Please raise a support ticket if you would like to amend your order.
